Yes, telling the time, as previously mentioned is so exact, when you get the hang of it is really easy, but some might need additional practice before the "eureka" moment arrives.The good news are reading the time works exactly like the English clock reading, just with different words.
Here there is a site to start practising in small chunks.
Try this activity if need to refresh numbers:

This one is only to read from digital to manual (hands). It is timed. The instructions, in Spanish are simple: you will see a clock with hands and you have to use the arrows to stick the clock into the correct digital number.
